Diagnosis Fee

We charge a diagnosis fee for each “call out” that covers a minimum of one hour at your property. This covers the costs and expertise associated with a diagnostic visit. Any parts or materials needed at the initial visit will be charged accordingly. If we can’t fix the issue during the diagnosis visit, we’ll send you a quote for the additional work that needs doing.

The total charge to you will consist of the cost of materials we supply (not exceeding the trade purchase price of materials + 15%) and the amount of time we spend carrying out works (including all reasonable time we spend obtaining materials not kept in stock), charged in accordance with our current hourly rates. You’ll only be charged for the time spent related to your work. Our minimum charge is for 1 hour’s work.
